  Manager accused me of lying. Even after I calling the other AT&T store to leave a note in my file stating I was telling the truth, she still said comments that I was lying. Refused to help me. Don't accuse a customers of lying when they are standing right there! Took an hour of jumping through hoops to be told they couldn't help me. I wasn't surprised, it was clear from the beginning that she wasn't going to help me. Had to call another store to get help. If you can wait, go to a different store.
